I have this as my keyboard on my Samsung & for the most part it's been fine. Recently though it's not been carrying out the shortcuts I'd put in (which had been working fine for years until recent)...
Sometimes, recent system updates or app updates can cause glitches. Restart your device after updates. If problems persist, consider factory resetting as a last resort, but only after backing up your data.
