Microsoft Store

I can't download any updates or install anything on MS store I have tried many fixes but none of them worked for me. I'm running Windows 11 but I don't think its the problem anyways can somebody tell me who made Windows and how the **** do I fix it I'm tired of Microsoft. I can't even screenshot so no proof except my speech. Please take help me with code: 0x80070005.
