Microsoft store Problems and more

Hi i am using microsoft insider Dev build and i cant get microsoft store to download/install any application ive tried repair, reset, deleting it and reinstalling via Powershell with no luck. Anyone have the solution for the problem i am facing? The settings in Ms store lists this as the version im currently using Version 22310.1401.1.0.

Also my xbox application wont get pass the first loading screen and i feel the problems are related to eachother but im not sure.
