Microsoft Store and Windows Update issues

I am having issues downloading apps off the Microsoft Store and there are a few stuck Windows Updates For the Microsoft Store: Any time I try to download any app, I receive the error "Something went...

For specific updates, you can manually download and install them from the Microsoft Update Catalog. Go to the Microsoft Update Catalog, search for the KB numbers of your stuck updates, download the appropriate version, and install them.

    Security Intelligence Update for Microsoft Defender Antivirus - KB2267602 (Version 1.427.209.0) - Current Channel (Broad) gets stuck at 78% and not in the update catalog

    this update doesn't show at the catalog, mine is stuck at 52% download. Security Intelligence Update for Microsoft Defender Antivirus - KB2267602 (Version 1.427.205.0) - Current Channel (Broad)

    I was able to go to the catalog and download KB5053656.  KB5053656 said it was replace by another one (KB5055523) dated more recently, so I installed that.   We will see.

      No luck with this either.  The random RDP disconnects are still happening.  They are still not fixed
