Microsoft Account Stolen and Frozen, Unable to Exit Insider Program
Hello everyone,
I’m facing a rather challenging situation and would greatly appreciate your assistance.
The Microsoft account I used to join the Windows Insider Program has been hacked and stolen. After reaching out to Microsoft Support, the account has been frozen to prevent further misuse.
As a result, I'm currently unable to exit the Windows Insider Program: the new Microsoft account has not joined the program, and the old account cannot be logged in.
I kindly request your help in either recovering the old account or finding a way to exit the Insider Program so that I can return to the stable version.
