Microsoft account logs out?

Hi everyone, for a few days now when I open the Microsoft Store or even the Clock app I always have to confirm to continue the store or app

 


This message always comes out:

Continue to log in?
When you sign in, we use your account to sign in to other Microsoft apps and services.

    Yes, you can safely continue signing in to your Microsoft account.

    Login the Microsoft account email and check if there were any warning message from Microsoft team.

      Agreed. It seems something wrong with the Microsoft account.

    Please login the account from the web portable and see if there is any warning message about recent activities.
