How do I switch to the Dev channel?
Hello,
Suggest you go to Settings > Windows Update > Windows Insider Program > checking whether the option is Beta on "Choose your Insider settings".
If it is Beta try to change to Dev then click check updates.
If not working or something else then you can access https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windowsinsiderpreviewiso to download the latest version of Win11 in Dev Channel then perform an in-place upgrade or clean installation.
