Microphone not working - Windows 11 Pro 24H2

Dear Team,

 

I'm facing issue with my new HP laptop Microphone, its keep playing the noices in the microphone. Version i'm using is win 11 Pro 24H2 and its latest HP Elitebook 640 G11 laptop. Anyone can give suggestions on this issue.

    1. Basic check 
    Make sure the microphone hardware is connected properly 
    Try to unplug the microphone or change the USB port 
    2. System settings check 
    Right click on the volume icon in the taskbar → open "Sound Settings" 
    In the "Input" section: 
    a) Make sure you have selected the correct microphone device 
    b) Click on "Test Mic" to check if there is an input level 
    3. Privilege Settings 
    Win+i → Privacy and Security → Microphone 
    Make sure that the "Mic Access" is enabled 
    Check the permissions of the required apps in the apps list below 
    4. Driver update 
    Win+X → Device Manager 
    Expand "Audio Input and Output" 
    Right click on the microphone device → Update Driver → Search Automatically 
    5. Service restart 
    Win+R → Type "services.msc" 
    Find the "Windows Audio" service 
    Right click on it → Restart 
    6. System repair 
    Open the command prompt (Administrator) Command Prompt (Administrator) 
    and run: 
    sfc /scannow 
    dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
