mIc not working on game bar ( it will only with pinned bar on)

Hi have 2 mics. one is an astro a20 and the other is a new 600 max stealth. i can hear my party but they can't hear me. The only time they can hear me is in the game bar with overlay on. I am on insider program. i would like to opt out of it. I am on windows 11 23H2. All updates have been done, drivers reinstalled. Thank you1

    In Windows Settings, navigate to Privacy and Security > Microphone. Ensure that “Allow apps to access your microphone” is enabled, and be sure to grant permission for games.
