Message Code 715-123130
I have been getting this message code since 2021 and nothing seems to clear it. I was tying to download the Windows Admin Center 2208 Preview and this is what I get: We encountered a problem ...
Had this happen to me tonight. Found out it was NextDNS was the cause, Once I set my DNS back to 8.8.8.8 I can download the ISO fine. Just something to bear in mind is to disable custom DNS and / or VPNs it should do the trick
