Mapping not working after restart

When computer is restarted, mapped network drives are not accessible.  Only after disconnecting and remapping can they be accessed.

Also, a shared printer on another compute on my local network does not work.  I don't know what corrects the problem, I logged into the computer via file explorer and maybe something else and the printer becomes accessible.

Please help

    Delete old network drive credentials in the Credential Manager, and use the Group Policy Editor to enable the policies ‘Allow Remote Desktop over the network’ and ‘Allow Remote Desktop over RPC’.
