Make a smaller mouse cursor

Hello, I have boughten a Windows 11 computer and I have used Windows forever (only 17 yrs. old) and I watch a fair bit of Youtube. I always see these youtubers' mice/cursors and they are tiny. I don't know if that's because they are recorded videos or if they have their own downloaded cursors. I would like to have the option to use a smaller cursor that is from Windows so I don't have to download from shotty/unsafe websites.
