Major problem with Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5043145)
I do not have a problem with the usb ports, as I cannot get into my laptop to find out. The problem I have with this up date, is that after rebooting, the laptop freezes up on 30%, and nothing at all is happening.
Start button with control button pressed down, got my laptop working again. Have now paused this update for 2 weeks.

I had the same issue. My one-month-old Dell laptop became unusable due to repeated blue screens. I was finally able to pause updates and also turn off the option of "Get the latest updates as soon as they're available". I of course am not going to choose the "Download & install" button for this update...

So far so good. Fingers crossed, it's been about 15 minutes and the laptop is still alive. 🙂
- In one of the on line updates that I subscribe to, it was suggested that Microsoft had sorted out the problem, so I tried the update again. Hey Presto, the update worked. After I got the update sorted, I then went on to get windows 11 24H2, through the windows 11 installation assistant.
