After Windows Update KB5043145 was installed, all USB devices, including mouse, keyboard, and Bluetooth, stopped working. In Device Manager, the USB xHCI Compliant Host Controller showed a yellow exclamation mark with the error: 'This device cannot start. (Code 10) An invalid parameter was passed to a service or function.' Rolling back the update fixed the issue, restoring USB and Bluetooth functionality. Updating drivers and reinstalling the Intel Chipset drivers did not resolve the issue prior to uninstalling the update.
