Major problem with Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5043145)
Jack_Hammer2000 Same problem here!
Update KB5043145 was installed after which the USB completely stopped working. No mouse, keyboard, bluetooth! No way of giving any input to the computer.
In device manager it shows under Universal Serial Bus Controllers:
USB xHCI Compliant Host Controller with an error yellow exclamation mark and the error:
This device cannot start. (Code 10)
An invalid parameter was passed to a service or function.
Trying to update the drivers does not work. Reinstalling Intel Chipset drivers also had no effect.
Luckily I have a remote desktop program installed so I can still control the computer.
How do I roll-back this update and uninstall KB5043145 ?
EDIT: Update a little later ....
uninstalled KB5043145 from Start > Settings > Windows Update > Update history > Uninstall updates
and USB and bluetooth are working again!
So Microsoft, fix this issue please!
