Lost fingerprint recognition after update to Windows 10 Pro 10.0.17134 Build 17134

It appears that all fingerprint settings are removed during the Windows 10 Pro update to Windows 10 Pro 10.0.17134 (Build 17134) on Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 5-1470.

Is there a way to backup and restore these setting prior to updates?
