Loss of all Audio following February 2024 Update
The recent update has caused me havoc as I no longer have any sound. I have Windows 11 and it is a relatively new computer, about 1 year old. I am an old lady and am not tech savvy, but not being able to talk to my family long distance is causing me grief and feeling isolated. Can anyone help with telling me how to fix this, until Microsoft put out a patch for this issue? Thank you in advance

- Try visit your device's manufacturer website and look for driver update and download and install the latest driver.

If you know which update causing this issue, you may uninstall it and see if it solve the issue?
