Looks like they found another show stopper bug
Windows 10 Spring Creator build put on hold once again.
'The April 2018 Update will be available as a free download beginning Monday, April 30.'
Looks like the Windows 10 Spring Creator rtm won't be until May, 2018. But it is spring until June 20, 2018. :-)
