Let us turn off vulgar word filters in dictation in Windows 10

I totally agree. I work as a translator in the medical field. As you can imagine, body parts are part of the ecquasion, and I have to keep going back into the field to replace the Asterixes with the actual word, which defeats the purpose.
I am having this issue as well. I have a client I just setup with it only to find they block lots of odd words.. Like "midget".. I say what I say and I do not want to be censored on my own platforms.
