Let us modify the options we get in the notification banner from Mail app UWP. I really need a "mark as read" option in there

Okay after more testing, it looks like there is a Hidden way to do it. it's really disguised, not sure why!
as you can see, the options that are for swiping left/right in the Mail app itself, actually apply to the notification banner instead!
swiping left/right does not work in the Mail app, maybe because i'm not using a touch screen, though i can still swipe right/left with my mouse.
Anyways, so yeah the option is absolutely not definite enough. so I think there needs to be another area in there to explicitly say that those options actually are for notification banners, not swiping left/right on the message list.
