Let us choose device/PC name during Windows installation

They need to validate updates more carefully, on real hardware, not virtual machine, before rolling them out to the public.

- in order to remove that fear I think Microsoft needs to roll out trouble-free updates at least for 3 consecutive years. updates should solve problems, not create them.
