Lenovo laptop running Windows 11 system fails to charge after startup.
My Lenovo laptop won't charge when turned on (only runs on battery), but charges normally when turned off. What should I do now?

Ensure the charger is the original Lenovo charger and is functioning correctly.
Try plugging into a different wall outlet.
Inspect the cable and connector for damage.
