Leaving the program or changing the channel!

I have been facing a serious issue with my current build and update which I need to change or leave the program, but I am getting errors which makes absolutely no sense at all.

Please find the attached screenshots for reference. It says my same account is registered with the program but while leaving the program it says

this account is not registered with insider program.

I need to change the channel now or leave the program now, kindly suggest.

    Just go to the Windows Preview Experience Program in Settings and stop getting preview versions, you'll have to reinstall your system to change channels, remember to back up your data first, and you'll have to clear your data to change from Dev to Beta.
