Yes, but there is no other option - you need to reinstall Windows10 , and all files and applications will be deleted, so you need to make copies to an external drive.
Only an experienced user can do this, so it's best to go to a computer service so that they reinstall Windows.
Yes I was told that before. The problem is I will have to pay and I cannot use my computer. For me this is not a problem I have caused but Microsoft. As I have explained since my email is not registered with them for this programme someone has made and error on there side not mine
I've never heard of a Dev. installed without the user's consent!
I don't work at Microsoft, so my answer comes from my IT experience.
Surely no one from Microsoft will fix it, unfortunately!

Thank you for your help for now I will go back to use the previous one which works fine unless I update. I will hold all updates so I can use my computer
Thank you againInformation that your email. is not registered is a common error, but it results from Edge ,which does not correctly confirm your Insider account
