Leave Insider program so I can update Windows & get ESU, but Im not actually registered - Help!
I want to Leave Insider program so I can update Windows to get ESU- but when I try to, it says I am not actually registered. So I am stuck Help!
I am trying to register for ESU ahead of the deadline - but I get errors when I try to install Windows updates

I click links to leave the Insider Programme, but my account / email is not registered with the programme.
And standard customer service can not offer any support with the Insider Program. So I am completely stuck. I need help asap as I want to register for the ESU asap. Can Microsoft please sort out this situation they've created.

Let's break this down. The core of the problem is that your device is flagged in Microsoft's servers as being on an Insider Channel, but your account isn't registered to manage it. This is why the website says you're not registered.
