Launch W7 or 10 on W11 via Virtualb0x, free and legally

I have a laptop running Windows 11 (legal, purchased and everything) and I would like to launch a Windows 7 or 10 ISO via Virtualb0x.
Is it possible to do this for free (and legally) in my case?
And if so, how.

    Virtual Box is free, open-source virtualization software that supports running various operating systems, including Windows 7 and Windows 10, from ISO images.

    For Windows 10, if your device is already activated, you can often reuse the same license or digital entitlement for a virtual machine.

    Yes. You can run Windows 7 or Windows 10 ISO files in Virtual Box legally as long as you have a valid license key for the operating system you install.
