Latest Windows 11 Upgrade Resulting in Blank Start Menu. / taskbar How to Fix?

Just updated to Windows 11 Build 22494 prerelease 211029-1421.  My Strat menu taskbar becomes blank without any icon.  Windows +I or Window + S key no response.  Need to fix it to get the PC functioning again.  Help (with detailed steps) please.  Thanks I advanced!

    I have a similar problem. I have not been able to find a reliable solution. Restarting explorer.exe intermittently used to work for me. It no longer does. Very frustrating.

      After trying many suggestions without solving my problem, I utilized "system assist recovery" to set the computer back to the original manufacturing status.  Then, I installed all upgrades accordingly without any issues.
