Latest Update has resulted in a hung laptop
Hello, I am typing from my spare laptop. My primary laptop showed an update from the Insider program which I installed. On restarting as required, the laptop has failed to come up. It shows a blank screen and I am just able to move the cursor

Hold down the power button until the laptop turns off completely. Wait a few seconds, then turn it back on to see if it boots normally.
