Last update WIN11

Got last update for WIN11 but AVAST returns viruses in 3 files:
UNIDRV.DLL (located in WinSxS) and the same in (Software distribution) and another one, with a really long name "dba9d11 etc."
What MUST I do?, please... leave them in quarantine or force them?
