Laptop Lagging when downloading a windows insider program update
I recently noticed lagging in my laptop and when I checked Task Manager the CPU was 100% and it was (windows modules installer worker) taking the highest percentage, and the update it was downloading...
Pause or opt out of the Windows Insider Programme in your Windows Update settings, and await Microsoft's release of a fixed version.
