Keyboard not working Laptop
I recently installed the windows 11 beta insider build 22000.100 on my lenovo legion y540, after the update the keyboard stopped working, When I tried plugging in my external keyboard it worked just fine and also in my laptop keyboard only the brightness controls are working. I contacted lenovo about the issue and I was informed that my laptop uses the standard Microsoft keyboard driver.
I have no Idea about the fix for this problem
(Note that the keyboard was working fine in the windows build 19043.1149)
- Check the Lenovo support website and see if there is any keyboard driver there?
If yes, then download and install it.
Report this issue using the Feedback Hub app.- I contacted their premium legion service they said they were using the Microsoft standard keyboard driver and I confirmed it in the build 19043.1149 they do use the standard driver. So there is no driver that lenovo develops for these models.
