Keyboard not working for core (windows search fields, Messaging, etc.) 10 Home 17677

Greetings everyone!

I am using the HP laptop currently, mouse works fine, third party works fine. I'm writing this from chrome due to keyboard not working in edge.

Don't want to scrap it all if there are any ideas  ?
