Keyboard layout error

I know about functoinality, which allows user to control computer via keyboard only. But this feature leads to problem. When I change layout using Shift+Alt, I get popup window, where language is selected by white box. But this window doesn't disappear. How can I disable this feature ONLY for keyboard layout popup? It happens not everytime, but regularly.
