Keep getting updates for Hewlet Packard USB 44.1.12402.1741

I keep getting sent two Hewlet Packard Updates which (have been installed according to the update history) but show up in windows update as Failed to install and displays error 0x80070103.

I can not remove these "Pending" updates ..if  I cllick on the RETRY button they just fail and error out.

I chatted with a Windows tech support person and under ticket #1056765679 he explained that since I am a Windows Insider bata tester I would have to reach out to this forum

I just want to remove these two updates and since they have been installed ...STOP any fruther receiving of these updates
