KB5016701 Removes CONTROL PANEL access

Unfortunately my Windows 11 system does NOT offer me the UN INSTALL option for the KB5016701 update.
winver reported the system as Version 22H2 (OS build 22622.586)
I have identified a work around that seems to rectify the problem
UNINSTALL KB5015669
winver now reports the system as
Version 22H2 (OS build 22621.586) notice 22622 became 22621 a version change
perhaps Microsoft can explain this interesting effect
It sounds like a bug and make sure report it through Feedback Hub app as I shared earlier.
