Japanese IME install stuck with Error code 0x800F0841

I wanted to install the Japanese language so, I installed it via Time and Languages in settings. However, It seemed like it was stuck in various places so I checked on the optional features page by clicking on Start → Settings→ Apps → Optional Features → Optional Feature History. I saw the error code for Japanese Supplemental Fonts and they were failing with the Error code below. Do you know ho to resolve this issue? Thanks.
