Issues while updating to new build of insider program

i have done windows 11 insider program new build and quality update today, ..form then i am facing some issues

major issue:

1. My battery indicated does not increase, while the plugged battery level stays at the same level and does not increase. and turn off when i unplug charger... seems missing of driver ac adapter

2. not able to access device manager

3. not able to perform troubleshooting for any issues. Please check this as soon **bleep** possible; its an urgent and seeking high importance in assisting me and solve this **bleep** quick as possible

    Have you checked the Event Viewer for any error logs that could help identify what went wrong during or after the update?

      No what to do for this?help me to solve this as quicker access remote and work on it..as i can only use laptop when i connect to charging?its higher urgency
