Issue with update of Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Insider Preview (10.0.26200.5710) (KB5062676)

for past 7-10 days i am trying my best to download the said update (Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Insider Preview (10.0.26200.5710) (KB5062676)). IDK what the issue is i really cant figure it out tried some windows functions but still no idea what is the root cause either the version is bad or the current version is not allowing any update on kernel level...............and one more thing the start chine of Win11 is of Win7 for some reason making me believe that it is a very serious issue.
