Issue with Canon Scanner. Image almost cut off 50%

Hello I have an issue, just got this brand new scanner from Amazon. Installed the drivers. Tried to scan, and nothing helps this issue is my scanner broken?

Scanning on A4 (big enough) and with cut out flat material at 600dpi.

Any advice is helpful

    If you’re using third-party scanning software, try switching back to the dedicated Canon software (if not already using it) or vice versa. Sometimes, software might behave differently, affecting how scans are processed.
