issue of background sound

Since 2..3 months i have one issue in my laptop, that is when i turn on my laptop sounds start to play continuously and it disturbs my work and it irritating me too much. Please help me get rid out from this issue.

    What sound is that?
    Since when this problem started?
    Have you checked startup programs?

      sounds of youtube videos and this issue were started since 3 months and no any start up programmes are enabled

        Does it open any applications?
        Try performing Clean Boot and see if the problem persists?
