issue of background sound

Since 2..3 months i have one issue in my laptop, that is when i turn on my laptop sounds start to play continuously and it disturbs my work and it irritating me too much. Please help me get rid out from this issue.&nbsp;

What sound is that?Since when this problem started?Have you checked startup programs?

sounds of youtube videos and this issue were started since 3 months and no any start up programmes are enabled
