Hope thee are doing well to day!!
It appears that thee are on a "Dev" insider build which only Beta/Release Preview are supported for the option thou wishest to use! "Unenroll..."
It would be best if thee roll back to previous build and choose "Beta" or "Release Preview" as the channel being used for Insider so thee can use it!
