Is there a way to prevent random old email accounts from popping up

Does anyone know how I can prevent random old email accounts from popping up when I want to share something from my desktop?

    1. Delete the old e-mail account:
Open “Settings” > “Accounts” > “Email & Accounts”.
Find the old email account and click “Delete”.
    2. Clear cache and temporary files: Open “Settings” > “System” > “Storage”.
Click “Temporary Files” and select “Delete Files”.
    3. Check your synchronization settings: Open “Settings” > “Accounts” > “Synchronize your settings”.
Check the synchronization settings to ensure that old email accounts are not included.
    4. Use Registry Editor: Press Win + R, type regedit, and press Enter.
    Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\IdentityCRL.
Delete the entries associated with the old e-mail account.
