Is there a way to have my startup programs in a fix windows selection?

Every time I start up my PC all the startup programs I have setup just start up in random places in random sizes. Might have to do a bit because I am using multiple monitors.

Would be nice if they opened in the correct spot. Just a minor QoL, is it possible?

    Enable or disable programs in the Startup tab of Task Manager, or use the Startup folder to manage startup items.
