Is there a way to fix iPhone stuck in SOS mode?
If iPhone stuck in sos mode, Your iPhone 15 Pro has Crash Detection sensors. The SOS screen is closely tied to that system. You can safely trick it into resetting the emergency routine.
Method:
1. Place the phone face‑down on a firm, flat surface.
2. With the phone still frozen on SOS, pick it up and give it one quick, sharp shake (like shaking a polaroid picture — about a 6‑inch throw motion).
3. Then immediately place it back down face‑up.
The iPhone's accelerometer and gyroscope expect a specific sequence for Crash Detection. By briefly shaking it, you cause a rapid motion spike without meeting the deceleration threshold for a real crash. This can interrupt the stalled emergency routine and cause the system to dump the stuck SOS process. It supports to fix iPhone stuck in sos mode.
If none of the above work and you absolutely cannot force restart:
Let the battery drain completely.
Since you're at 30%, this may take 2–4 hours. Once dead, leave it dead for 5 minutes, then charge it. When it powers on, the SOS freeze will be gone because the entire system state was erased.
