Is the taskbar misalignment on dual monitors in Windows 10 a system issue or a monitor issue? On Windows 10 version 19045 (Build 19045), the taskbar appears misaligned or out of place on dual monitors (2×VG248QE). It is necessary to determine whether this is caused by system settings or monitor compatibility.

This is a system UI scaling issue. You can adjust the scaling ratio individually for each display in Settings > System > Display (recommended: 150% for the primary display, 100% for the secondary display).

The taskbar misalignment on dual monitors in Windows 10, especially on version 19045 (Build 19045), is generally a system issue rather than a monitor hardware problem. It’s a common behavior related to Windows' handling of multiple displays, particularly when using identical monitors or certain display configurations.
