Is the "Previous Windows Installation" safe to delete? Could someone give me an accurate answer?
i mean its taking 23 GB

If you don't plan to go back to previous version ever, then yes, it is safe to delete.
The previous Windows installation basically contains files that help you to go back to previous version, if required.
