Is the CPU and graphics card temperature normal for the Windows system?

When using my computer, it always feels a little hot, and it's quite warm to the touch. I'm not sure if this temperature is normal. I would like to ask everyone what temperature range is considered safe for CPUs and graphics cards?

Idle (Desktop, no apps running): 30°C to 50°C (86°F to 122°F)

    Gaming / Heavy Load: 70°C to 85°C (158°F to 185°F)

Maximum (Throttling Point): Around 95°C to 105°C (203°F to 221°F) – At this point, the component slows itself down to prevent damage.

Danger Zone: Consistently above 95°C – Risk of long-term damage or immediate shutdown.
