Is reinstalling Windows occasionally a good idea?
Can it help speed things up if my pc is feeling slow?

Occasional reinstallation of Windows can be helpful in resolving computer slowdowns caused by system bloat, failures, etc., but lagging caused by aging hardware has very limited effect.
