Is it safe to disable the WorkloadsSessionHost service in the Windows 10 system?
The WorkloadsSessionHost service on my Windows device uses a lot of resources. I want to disable it but don’t know if that’s safe any tips?

The Workloads/SessionHost service is typically associated with development/container environments. If WSL/Docker is not in use, it can be safely disabled (Services Manager > right-click the service > Properties > Startup type: Disabled).
