Is file history a good backup option on Windows 11/10?

File History is okay for backing up personal files, but I don't think it's the best backup solution for Windows 11/10. It doesn't create a full system backup, so I prefer using dedicated backup software that can protect the entire drive and make recovery much easier if something goes wrong.
